After six months of international work experience in the international luxury hotel industry, the HMSM operational interns are always warmly welcomed back during the Global Mind Conference, hosted by the Lectoraat Global Minds at Work in collaboration with the school’s internship department. This special event celebrates their return, offers space to share cultural insights, and provides a look ahead at the next phase of their HMSM journey.  The pre and post measurement of the Global Mind Monitor provides insight into the students’ development. Combined with their reflections in Global Mind Blogs, this provides an excellent way to ground the dialogue on Global Mindset in quantitative and qualitative data!
