We are excited to share that the Global Mind Monitor is being developed into a new version for the professional field: GMM Pro.

As part of a recently awarded subsidy project, the GMM Pro will be implemented within the hotels of Oostwegel Collection and restaurant De Vrienden in Heerlen. The project mainly focuses on analyzing the learning culture and skills within these organizations. Given their strong hospitality focus, the GMM Pro will be used to assess the global competencies of all staff members.

The insights from this project will form the foundation for tailored action and training plans to further strengthen the development of each company’s team. Moreover, the lessons learned will contribute directly to the continued improvement of the GMM Pro itself.
