Samen met de collega\u2019s van het onderzoekscentrum \u201cGlobal Minds @ Work\u201d van Zuyd Hogeschool doet ze onderzoek naar de ontwikkeling van global competence in het hoger onderwijs en het werkveld. Hij is met name verantwoordelijk voor de metingen en de data in het Global Minds project. Daarnaast doet hij onderzoek naar de effecten van verschillende onderwijsinterventies (in binnen- en buitenland) op de ontwikkeling van interculturele competenties van studenten. Hij is docent en thesisco\u00f6rdinator bij de interdisciplinaire B.Sc. Zij kijkt hoe de Global Mind Monitor optimaal ge\u00efntegreerd kan worden in verschillende onderwijs settings en onderzoekt de mogelijkheden om de GMM aan te passen voor gebruik in het middelbaar beroepsonderwijs (MBO).
