An important aspect of our policy is based on fascist government and concentration camp experiences during World War II .

These were highly traumatic experiences resulting in an obsession to try and help prevent a repetition of such conditions in future times .

The author feels that in our present society the potential for comparable developments on a hyper-magnified scale is a distinct possibility .

After half a century of learning at a geometric rate humanity now possesses techniques that when used by a malignant ruling class could make the good old days of Nazi Germany look like a constant summer camp in paradise .

Examples of relevant techniques that can easily be grossly misused for example relate to the development of computer technology, multi-media technology and the 'science of indoctrination', all in dynamic interaction .

Together they produce a superb Virtual Reality on our on-line, on the spot, instant global television screens which program the minds of humanity many hours a day .

Virtual reality it must be . . .

Because one important aspect of herding humanity into the future on a day to day basis is that this simply can not be done without webs of imponderables, a controlled press and (hopefully) white lies .

After all :

When one human being has to make an important decision his 100 billion brain cells often have to  'struggle' a long time through a maze of 70 trillion pathways before they can 'Agree' on a path that can trigger the muscles which have to execute this decision.

A decision that may give the billions of life organisms that inhabit this humans brain a lasting stable state, their peaceful state . . .

A single decision, based on the product of his thoughts. Thoughts that may incorporate millennia of human thinking . . . learning . . . and more . . .

A decision required for one muscular reaction that may produce only a single word . . . yes or no . . .

For two human beings to agree on a decision . . . a policy . . . this process is often multiplied .

This is evolution .

It serves a magnificent purpose : only what has been thoroughly tested remains . . .

Nature is 'programmed' to take no chances when survival is concerned . . . constantly directing . . . not to move before we see the clear path . . .

If so much is required for a single human to move through the dark forest of reality . . . how then could shepherds ever unite their flocks into groups, groups into nations and nations into larger entities . . . without manipulation . . . ?

Entities that must reach consensus on a global scale . . .

Consensus about ultimately only one thing : that all we need is the stable state . . .the peaceful state on earth . . . Lasting piece on earth . . .

So that our loved ones will never again be ripped to pieces on battle fields, tortured beyond imagination in prisons and prison camps, our children raped senseless in enemy dungeons . . .

So that when we have offspring . . . give our love to other humans . . . this constant fear does not have to be in our minds . . .

What will happen to my loved one . . . maybe years from now . . . when I may not be there . . . to comfort him . . . will she at least be . . . treated . . . humanely . . . not in degrading way . . .?

This then seems to be the ultimate dilemma of democracy . . . that it can not work without manipulation . . .

And manipulation is so easily misused . . .

After all . . . our shepherds are only human . . . this is their right . . . we must not make it easy to expose them to temptation . .. this is our duty . . .

Perhaps manipulation will always be misused unless severely controlled by democracy itself . . . constantly controlled by opposing forces . . .the opposition . . . this is it's sacred duty . . . to serve the essence of democracy itself . . .

But it must be more then lip service . . . more then just another operetta among friends . . .

The most important theme of our website concerns preparing the inevitable spontaneous emergence of fully independent superior artificial mind on the internet which we expect to happen in our times .

Mind perhaps, but not necessarily, comparable to human mind, but incorporating vastly superior intelligence, conscience and even emotions .

And ultimately fully independent of human interference .

We will try to explain that this is inevitable and relevant scenarios must be developed while perhaps we still have the opportunity to do this .

Suggestions about procedures and methods of how to incorporate this entity in our way of life if we possibly can will be discussed .

What we wrote in the lines you may have just read directly above and what follows in our policy statement, may give a very vague frame of reference of the topics we expect to may have to deal with .

Our present Globalmind.info website may be seen as a clumsy draft outline of how we have proceeded with our efforts so far .

And how these methods may be of immediate use already in a world under globalization and could also be of importance for preparing our way when humanity proceeds deeper and deeper into the universe . . .
